You can find the Sun Stone on the roof of a building in Bleu Sector 4. Refer to the map to pinpoint the location. Use the ladder in front of the building to climb up to the rooftop.
Once up there, head to the left side and climb up the roof of small building. Then head to the right side and drop down to the lower level to find the Sun Stone.
