As the game progresses, you must get a VIP Wing Keycard from Doctor Cassidy in order to gain access to the VIP Wing.
Then go to the lobby of the clinic and enter the VIP Wing with the keycard.
Destroy the turrets located within the VIP Wing. Inside the VIP Wing, you will be unable to find Catalina Rivera.
At this time the game will update the objective to search for clues. The clue is a note labeled URGENT – READ IMMEDIATELY on a table beside a medical bed in one of the VIP section’s rooms.
