In this article, we’ll guide you on how to complete all objectives of the side quest “The Death Of The Party” in Dead Island 2.
Starting Location – A cry for help! Answer the intercom
While wandering through Bel-Air, you’ll come across a house entrance where you’ll hear a voice asking for help through an intercom. Intercom and respond when prompted to start the side quest.
Search the grounds for any other survivors
Once you’ve talked on the intercom, the cursor will guide you to an open gate, then to the left where you must search the area. Be prepared to encounter zombies in this area.
Kill the party crashers
Eliminate all zombies in the area to complete the objective.
Is that living legend Curtis Sinclair?
Talk to Curtis, who can be found on the balcony of the house in the gardens.
Restore power to Curtis’ residence
After speaking with Curtis, proceed to the gardens’ left corner and down a small flight of steps to the room where the electricity has to be restored. Once inside, stand near the exposed electrical cord. When you are electrified, you will complete the circuit to restore power.
Alternatively, get the water jerrycan from outside and throw it on the electrical cable to restore the power.
Report your success to Curtis
Return to the balcony where Curtis is still located and inform him that you have restored power to his residence.
Enter Curtis’ residence
After talking to Curtis, go left and around to the back of the house. Enter through the back door.
Buckle up for a white knuckle ride, Curtis!
Curtis will speak to you from a damaged staircase and explain his plan to use a stairlift to go downstairs.
Wait for Curtis to buckle up
Wait till Curtis will get on his stairlift and reach the first floor.
Clear the runway for Curtis
Defeat all zombies till Curtis appears.
Mop up the stragglers
While waiting for Curtis to use the stairlift and reach the first floor, continue eliminating any zombies that appear until he arrives.
Wait for Curtis to touch down
While waiting for Curtis to use the stairlift and reach the first floor, continue eliminating any zombies that appear until he arrives.
Be patient, you can’t rush the classics
After Curtis reaches the first floor, he will talk with you before leading you into the sitting room.
Check-in with Curtis
Upon sitting down, Curtis will initiate a dialogue with you. Once the conversation is finished, the quest will be marked as completed.
