To find the witch, start by following the road heading north from Hernand City. Keep moving along the path until you come across a giant bridge over a river.
Do not cross the bridge. Instead, continue heading north to reach the edge of a cliff. From here, carefully drop down to the lower area below.
Once you land near the river bed, turn around and face the cliff wall. Look closely for a narrow opening in the mountain’s wall.
Enter this narrow passage to reach the Shadow’s Whisper Cave. Head inside, and you will find the Hermit Witch. Speak with her to complete this part of the quest.
