How to start Request 29 (The Search for Bitter Leaves)

You will get this quest by talking to Shinon in Jubilibe Village at the location shown in the pictures below. Shinon wants to make some medicine and will ask you to collect the required materials. She will ask you to ask Anise about the materials required for the medicine.

Talk to Anise

Go inside the house marked in the picture below. Talk to Anise inside the house. She will ask you to find and catch a Pokemon with three leaves in the Crimson Mirelands.

Where to find the Pokemon with Three Leaves (Petilil)

The Pokemon with three leaves is Petilil. You will find Petilil in Cottonsedge Prairie. To reach Cottomsedge Prairie, you will need to cross a river using a water-type Pokemon. If you do not have a water-type Pokemon, then you will have to take the route from Diamond Settlements shown in the picture below.

You will find a few Petilil in Cottonsedge Prairie. Catch a Petilil and bring it to Anise to complete the request.
