The Sea’s Legend Request: Pokemon Legends Arceus Guide

This guide shows the complete walkthrough on how to complete The Sea’s Legend Request in Pokemon Legends Arceus. This is request number 66 and Professor Laventon (NPC) will give you this request.

How to Complete The Sea Legends Request

In this request, you will first need to get three specific pokemon in the Cobalt Coastlands. These three pokemon are Buizel, Mantyke, and Quilfish/Overqwil. You need to evolve Quilfish into Overqwil.

STEP 1: Catch three specific pokemon

Buizel Location:

You will find Buizel in the Aipon Hill and Bathers’ Lagoon areas as shown in the map below.

Mantyke Location:

You can find Mantyke is found in the Ginko Landing and Tranquility Cove areas, as shown in the map below.

Quilfish Location:

Qwilfish is found in Tranquility Cove, Lunker’s Lair, and Islepsy Shore, as shown in the map below.

STEP 2: Evolve Quilfish into Overqwil

In The Sea’s Legend you need Overqwil Pokemon. Overqwil is evolved from Qwilfish by performing Barb Barrage in Strong Style 20 times.

STEP 3: Head to the massive Stone horns

After catching all three specific pokemon and evolving Quilfish into Overqwil, add these to your party in the order Buizel > Mantyke > Qwilfish. Now head to the coastlands camp as marked on the map below. Make sure to wait until the evening. When it is finally evening time, look to the right from the Coastlands Camp and you will see a large Horned shaped Stone Arch.

Surf over to the horn structure in on your Basculegion, pass through it. This will trigger a cutscene and you heard a cry and a boulder shifting sound in the distance…”. This will activate the next part of the request.

STEP 4: Head to Seaside Hollow Cave

Now You need to go to the Seaside Hollow which is marked on the map below. It is located on the northern coast of veilstone cape. After reaching Seaside Hallow, head inside of the cave, where you will encounter Legendary Pokemon, Phione, and Manaphy. Battle and catch Manaphy and 3 Phiones inside the cave to capture them. Manaphy is level 50, and the Phiones are level 33.
