Diablo 4: The Serpentine Path Quest Walkthrough

This guide shows the complete walkthrough of The Serpentine Path quest in Act V of the Diablo 4 game, released on 6th June 2023. For the first objective, go and talk to Neyrell in The Writhing Mire at the location shown in the pictures below.

Follow the Serpent with Your Allies

Now follow the serpent’s body towards the north. Soon you will reach a location with an opening beneath the serpent as shown in the picture below. As you reach there, you will be ambushed by enemies. Many players are reporting a bug where the ambush never happens. If it happens to you, then relog and then restart the quest.

Reach Neyrelle

After the ambush, Neyrelle will crawl down under the serpent. Then he will climb up the house and drop down the ladder as shown in the picture below. Climb up the ladder and climb down on the other side. Then proceed ahead to complete the quest.
