To enter the Gauntlet of Shar, you must push three buttons below the paintings in the correct order in the Thorm Mausoleum. These paintings show the Moonrise Towers, a weeping man next to a body, and a king seated on a throne.
Players also need to pass the perception checks to reveal these buttons. Reload the game if you fail in perception checks.
You can find the instructions in the correct sequence inside a side chamber to the right of the main entrance. Press the buttons in the following order:
- Moonrise Towers (located to the left as you enter the tomb).
- Following that, press the button below the painting portraying the grieving man (found to the right as you enter the tomb).
- Lastly, activate the button situated under the painting featuring the man on a throne (positioned on the chamber’s back wall).
Pressing the buttons in the proper order reveals an illusory wall behind Thorm’s image. Enter to reach the Gauntlet of Shar.
