Kodama #1
Head south from the Tokaido Shrine to find Kodama #1 on a tree stump.
Enemy Base #1 & Kodama #2
This enemy camp is located west of the Ikeda Ferry Shrine. Defeat all the enemies in the area, then check behind the house on the left to find Kodama 2.
Kodama #3
Follow the path southeast of the Forest of Souls Shrine. Keep an eye on the right side of the path. You will see a chest near a wooden arch and a small pond. Once you loot the chest, look on the rock just behind you to find Kodama #3.
