This article will guide the player on how to complete the objective ‘Track Down your Killer‘ for the main quest ‘An Untimely End‘ from the Dawnshore region in Avowed.
Once you receive the task to Track Down your Killer, go down the stairs to reach a larger area.
Go to the room on the left and then to the far left corner to find a barricaded gate. Clear the barricade and crouch down to proceed ahead. Note: You will need to return to this room after getting the key.
In the next room, move forward carefully, avoiding the pressure plate, until you reach a path blocked by webs. Burn the web, then head left to clear another path blocked by the web.
Keep following the tunnel until you reach a spot where you need to crouch to cross the broken grate.
On the other side of the grate, use the Eye of Rymrgand to create an ice platform on the water and cross to the other side.
Move forward, and in the next room, use the Eye of Rymrgand to create an ice platform. Jump onto it to reach the ledge on the other side of the water.
Interact with the corpse on the ledge to obtain the Lower Cistern Key.
Retrace your steps nearly back to the beginning, to the first room with giant pillars. There, use the key to unlock the large door on the right.
Move forward and carefully cross the swinging blades.
After passing the blades, enter the room on the left and go through the door leading to a large open area.
In the next room, use the scaffolding on the right to climb to the upper level.
Keep moving forward, then turn left. Jump across to the wooden platform and follow the path until you reach a door.
Open it to confront Ygwulf. You have the choice to either spare him or kill him.
