Head to the Chimney Towers in the Industrial Zone and climb to the top. You’ll find the treasure map near the binoculars.
Treasure Location
Make your way to the northwest of the Chimney Towers, at the location marked on your map. Climb over the fenced area and look for an opening in the ground.
Dive down into the water-filled chamber.
Swim forward into the next room, then open the vent to reach another room. Continue swimming until you find an exit point where you can climb out of the water. This will lead you into a room containing a generator.
Switch on the power, then grab the power cable and connect it to the nearby wire box.
Now, swim back through the same passage and exit the fenced area. Once outside, carry the cable over to the wire box located on the east side of the house.
Plug the cable into the wire box to restore power to open the office. Head inside, defeat the zombies, and once the area is clear, loot the side room to claim the treasure.
