The treasure map is located inside a building at the marked spot on the map. Enter the building through the balcony, then head downstairs. You’ll find the map in the study room.

To find this treasure, head to the building marked on your map.
Go inside through the window and search for the dead body. Loot it to obtain a fuse, which you’ll need to power up the bunker.
Next, move to the right side of the building and look for a hatch leading underground. Open it and drop down into the bunker.
Once inside, go straight to the fuse box and replace the fuse you collected earlier to restore power to the area.
With the lights back on, head to the cell near the fuse box. On the wall between the bed and the table, you’ll spot a poster. Inspect it to reveal the safe code: 2-2-19.
Use the code to unlock the safe. Inside, you’ll find the Sunray Legendary Revolver and some ammo.
