Treasure Map E4 Location
The treasure map is located at the top of the Cargo Station Tower. Climb your way to the top of the tower, and you will find the treasure map waiting there.

To find the treasure, head south to a small cement garden area. Refer to the map below.
Look for a building nearby and climb up to the roof. On one of the rooftops, you will see a small window on the right side that is open. Use it to enter the building.
Once inside, go down the stairs and turn off the generator to safely work on the wiring.
Go back upstairs and look for a broken wire lying on the floor. Repair the wire carefully. Once the wire is fixed, head back downstairs and switch the generator on again to restore power.
Next, go upstairs and pull the lever near the locked gate. This will fully restore power and unlock the gate.
Eliminate any remaining zombies in the area and search the room carefully to find the treasure.
