This article will guide you on how to solve the “Treasury Area Puzzle/Sword Puzzle” in the Treasury area of chapter 7 of the game Resident Evil 4 Remake which is released on 24 March 2023.
Within the treasury, there are four portraits featuring knights and swords, and you need to correctly match each portrait with the appropriate sword. You can pull 3 swords from the portraits directly.
Missing Sword (Bloodied Sword)
The fourth and final sword is situated behind a locked gate that bears three animal symbols. Upon closer inspection of the gate, one can observe that the lock displays images of an eagle, a deer, and a snake.
To the left of the gate, you will find the Deer symbol with a chain that can be pulled. By pulling the chain, a lantern will be illuminated and the symbol on the gate will begin to glow.
On the right-hand side behind the gate are the Eagle and Snake symbols. These can be lit by firing upon them.
Once all three symbols on the gate are glowing, the gate will unlock and you’ll be able to get the Bloodied Sword.
Treasury – Swords Puzzle
Arrange the four Resident Evil 4 swords in a left-to-right sequence for the four corresponding pictures as follows:
- Picture 1 (Standing at attention) – Iron Sword
- Picture 2 (Being knighted by a king) – Golden Sword
- Picture 3 (Fighting in battle) – Bloodied Sword
- Picture 4 (The grave) – Rusted Sword
