Tune the Device to Support Da Pan
At the Control Center, talk to Noffman. He will ask for your help fixing two thermostats inside the building. To fix them, you need to stabilize the temperature by striking each unit with continuous attacks.
For the first thermostat, keep hitting it so the bars stay in line with the green highlighted area. Make sure you keep attacking without stopping until it is stabilized.
Tune the Device to Support Noffman
For the second thermostat, you also need to keep hitting it. Attack it continuously so the green bar can reach the top and finish stabilizing the unit.
