This article will guide you on how to use SID to Find and hack Faulty Node Upstairs in Maintenance for the mission “Welcome to the Resistance” in the game Avatar Frontiers of Pandora.
As you proceed through the third mission “Welcome to the Resistance” in the game Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, you will be tasked with using SID to repair the node in Maintenance. Alex will provide you with his Systems Interrogation Device (SID), a compact gun-shaped instrument capable of repairing or hacking specific nodes and junction boxes.
Go to your inventory and select the SID tool, you’ll see that it produces a light that illuminates cables in the surrounding area. Follow the wire to a yellow generator to find another orange wire running away, as well as a junction box in the generator that you can communicate with.
Click on an interactive junction. The light from the SID tool will form a green circle and a smaller circle. The player must either shrink or expand these circles such that they are both the same size. The connection will be fixed after both circles overlap, causing the orange wire to turn green.
Follow the wiring upstairs to uncover other faulty nodes that require SID repairs.
To reset the system, you need to move the cursor to the designated point.
