In this article, we’ll guide you on how to complete the Vessel of Mediocrity (Part 2) Mission on the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone in Honkai: Star Rail. In this mission, you need to assist Cyrille (NPC) who has undergone an unexplained overnight transformation.
Starting Location
To initiate part-2 of the ‘Vessel of Mediocrity’ Adventure Mission, make your way to the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone region of Jarilo-VI. Talk to Cyrille (NPC) to start the quest at the southwestern corner. She will ask for your help to solve a puzzle called The Fool’s Box.
Fool’s Box Puzzle – ‘Vessel of Mediocrity’ – Part 2
Fool’s Box Puzzle Solution 1
Push the leftmost box twice forward.
Once, move the top-most box to the right.
Once, push the box directly beneath you down.
Once, move the box in front of Cyrille to the right and rescue Cyrille.
Push the box marked 1 to the left, then the box directly below you (marked 2) down.
Once push the right-most box forward.
Push the bottom box near Cyrille to the left to free her.
After rescuing both Cyrilles, speak to the grown-up version of Cyrille to gain access to the third puzzle.
Fool’s Box Puzzle Solution 2
To solve this puzzle, push the box located on the far right towards the right side thrice.
Then, move the box situated in the middle of the corner forward once, to rescue Cyrille. I have marked the box.
Move the box positioned directly beneath you (marked box) by one step and then rescue Cyrille.
Move the box above the last Cyrille to the left once to rescue her.
