Waiting for Dodger is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC. This walkthrough will guide you through all the objectives of the Waiting for Dodger Gig.
Meet with Stella
Players can initiate the Gig: ‘Waiting for Dodger‘ in Coastview. Approach the vehicle, and you can ignore the enemies, entering the car from the passenger side. Inside the car talk to Stella to get a keycard.
Find Bill and Charles
Leave the vehicle, cross the street, and infiltrate Dodger’s base. Eliminate all enemies within the base and progress toward the main office room on the left side of the room where you’ll find an elevator
Take the elevator down to the basement. Kill the enemy attempting to open the door and speak with the stranger behind the door. He’ll reveal himself to be Charles, then help him open the jammed door.
Talk to Charles who will guide you into the adjoining room where Bill stands beside a lifeless body on a table. Communicate with them to understand the situation and formulate a strategy for their exit from the building.”
Escort Bill and Charles to the squad car
They will ask you to escort them to their squad car. Now follow them until they stop near a closed door. Open the door kill the enemy and then shoot off the camera. Follow Bill and Charles again.
Find a way to open the door
Keep following Bill and Charles until they come to a halt at a closed door. If your Body stat is at least 17, you can forcibly open the door. If not, simply turn back, retrace your steps through the corridor, and take a left into the server room. Override the distribution box there to open the door.
Confront Dodger
Once the door is open, Kill all the enemies in the next room. Continue to follow the officers into the garage where their squad car is waiting. At this point, Dodger will show up and demand to know what happened. You can either choose to lie to protect Bill and Charles, expose the cops, or pull your weapon and fight Dodger and his men.
