In Ford’s office, you’ll come across a locked chest that demands a four-digit code for access. Look for this code below the flashlight in your inventory. Select a flashlight from your inventory, you can proceed to examine beneath the flashlight. The code is 0415
This locked chest contains a Cargo Control Key.
After obtaining the Cargo Control Key, proceed to unlock the rusty door at the far end of Ward 13. This will reward you with an SMG Weapon in the handgun slot.
