This guide shows how to get the item on top of the walls outside the Waypoint Ruins in Elden Ring. Waypoint Ruins is in the Limgrave are at the location marked in the picture below.
The item is on top of the wall as shown below. It is impossible to reach the item on for. You will be needing a horse to get it. Click here to see how to unlock the horse.
Summon the horse and ride it to the top of the wall as shown in the picture below.
When you are at the top of the wall, get down from the horse and walk to the item. On picking the item, you will get Trina’s Lily
