How to Unlock We Promise We Deliver Quest
“We Promise, We Deliver” becomes available after completing the main quest “Ominous Star” and attaining Union Level 10.
Check the “Wanted Poster” on the bulletin
After the quest unlocks, follow the green marker to the bulletin board near the Synthesizer in Jinzhou and interact with the wanted poster.
Check Your Mail sent from Lollo Logistics
Read the mail sent by Lollo Logistics. Then, follow the green marker to their office.
Once there, speak with Tang Manliu, an NPC outside the office.
Talk to Tang Manliu
Follow the green marker pointing southwest from Jinzhou City to reach the Sea of Flames. Defeat the enemies in the area and then talk to Tang Manliu near the camp.
Go to the location of Mimika’s Contact Touchpad
Follow the green marker pointing west to find Mimika’s Contact Touchpad. This area is filled with poisonous flowers that inflict damage over time. Stand on raised platforms/rocks and avoid staying in the flower field.
Interact with the Touchpad and defeat the monster named Inferno Rider: Blazing Guardian.
After regaining consciousness, speak with Mimika and Manliu.
Talk to Mimika by the Nexus Beacon
Head to the Nexus Beacon north of Donglu Research Station and speak with Mimika by the Nexus Beacon. You can activate Nexus Beacon to reveal part of the map around the Sea of Flames.
Search for the source of SOS in the Sea of Flames
Proceed to the green marker in the Sea of Flames and speak with the Sea of Flames.
Head into the First Abandoned Research Facility
Complete the shooting puzzle
Head inside the First Abandoned Research Facility and speak with the NPCs (exiles). Participate in the shooting minigame, which has three levels. Complete all levels within the time limit.
Head to the Second Abandoned Research Facility
Proceed to the second Abandoned Research Facility defeat all exiles outside the facility and then head inside the building.
Complete the Fire Thrower Puzzle
In this puzzle, the player needs to find a total of 5 pipes scattered within the facility and attach them to the missing section to fix the fire thrower.
Start by grabbing the horizontal pipe near the fire thrower and placing it on the First Missing Part.
Pick up the second horizontal pipe from the right side of the room and connect it to the second missing part on the left side room.
In the left side room only, join an L-shaped pipe to connect the blue pipe with the adjacent pipe.
Pick up another L-shaped pipe near the fire thrower. Then go to the room on the right side and connect the missing section near the door.
There is another L-shaped pipe that can be used to connect another missing section (right side room) as shown in the image below. The player needs to connect the blue pipe with the adjacent pipe to complete the full path.
Go to the Camp
Go to the camp and defeat the exiled mobsters.
Retrieve the filter
a) Activate 4 Pressure platforms within 30s
The player needs to stand on four pressure plates within 30 seconds to complete the puzzle. They can use the Grapple to quickly move from one plate to another.
b) Hack into the Signal Console
After hacking into the console, open the chest to recover the filter and go to the third abandoned research facility. Complete the puzzle by hacking into the Signals Console to unlock the chest to retrieve the filter and take it to the third abandoned research facility.
To hack into the Signals, the player needs to connect the red bulbs with other red bulbs, the blue bulbs with other blue bulbs, and the yellow bulbs with other yellow bulbs. It is crucial to ensure that the paths do not overlap. Refer to the image below for the solution.
Begin with the red bulbs, drawing a path to connect all red bulbs. Repeat this process for the blue and yellow bulbs. Also, remember to solve the puzzle player should find a route for each color that avoids crossing over any other routes.
Open the chest to collect the filter.
Take the filter to the third Abandoned Research Facility
Proceed to the third abandoned research facility and speak with Mimika.
After speaking with Mimika, start hitting the cluster of spear barrels in the flower field until one passes your durability test. You need to find a total of three qualifying barrels. After that, talk to Mimika again.
Head to the Assemble site and talk to Woodrow
Talk to Woodrow, and your next goal will be to protect the sound emulators from enemies.
You’ll need to use the Levitator function to throw explosive spears at the enemies.
Defeat Inferno Rider
Finally, battle against the level 35 Inferno Rider once more. Use the explosive spear to break the Inferno Rider’s barrier and ultimately defeat him in battle.
