1) Trophy: Uncanny
Follow the path after the start of the new chapter to meet a woman at the docks of Rosewater Park. Trophy: Uncanny is available after the cutscene with the woman on the docks of Rosewater Park.
2) Key Item: Gate Key
Leave Rosewater Park and head to the motel called Jack’s Inn. After Maria points it out, enter the reception room to find the safe.
The code for the safe is 0451 (for Light and Standard Puzzle Difficulty). Open it to retrieve the gate key.
3) Memo: Toolbox Memo
Head upstairs at Jack’s Inn and enter Room 108 by breaking the window.
Once inside, break through the damaged wall to reach Room 107. You’ll find a memo on the table.
4) Equipment: Steel Pipe
Use the gate key to unlock the gate and access Munson St.
Follow the map to reach Katz St., where a cutscene will trigger. During the cutscene, you’ll automatically acquire a steel pipe from the hood of a red car.
Follow the path shown on the map below. Move the wooden barricade to pass through the fence.
Head left and go through the red door to enter the Heaven Night Club.
After the cutscene inside the Night Club exits the building. Here most roads are blocked, so head north toward Katz Street and follow the narrow path through the buildings to reach Katz Street and enter Moonlight Grove.
Then go through Moonlight Grove to reach Revere Theater, where you need to climb a dustbin box to enter the building through an open window.
Exit the Revere Theater and follow the path to reach Brookhaven Hospital and the chapter ends here.
