Lost Book #1: Al-Tabari: Tafsir of al-Tabari
Location: Harbiyah – Nestorian Monastery
The first book can be found in an underground chamber situated in the northernmost region of the map, which is the Nestorian Monastery. You can gain access to this chamber through a secret entrance indicated by a white door icon on the map below.
Inside, push three wooden shelves to gain access to the hole in the wall. These shelves are organized in rows. Begin by pushing the first shelf at the end of the last row, then proceed to the second and third rows.
Finally, head over to the wooden door to find a hole in the wall. Squeeze through the hole to find the book in the next room.
Lost Book #2: Kalila wa-Dimna
Location: Harbiyah – Quadrangle of the Persians
You’ll find the book in the Quadrangle of the Persians, tucked away within one of the houses across the street from the Great Mosque in that area.
To gain entry, climb through the open window accessible from the backyard on the south side of the building.
Once inside, head down the stairs and use your Throwing Knife to break the Fire Jar. This will make it explode and unlock the main door downstairs. Then, climb back outside and enter the building through the main door. You will find the book on a small desk.
Lost Book #3: Al-Kwarizmi: Al-Jabr

The book can be found in a house situated on the opposite side of the canal. Refer to the map below for the precise position.
To gain entry, break through the wooden barricaded door. Shift the bookshelf obstructing the stairs, and then proceed upstairs to locate the book.
Lost Book #4: The Banu Musa: Book of Ingenious Devices
Location: Sharqiyah subdistrict in Karkh district
The book is inside a house in the Sharqiyah subdistrict of Karkh district, west of Harbour Camp. Please see the location below.
Approach the home from the east, and there is a window upstairs. Climb up to the window then throw a Knife to break the barred window.
Then, proceed to the canal side of the house and enter the second floor through the now-open window to locate the book on a table.
Lost Book #5: Suleimain al-Tajir: Accounts of China and India
Location: Tuesday Market in Southern Wilderness
This particular book is situated just beyond the city’s fortifications in the Southern Wilderness area. You’ll discover it within a small market known as Tuesday Market.
The book is inside the main administrative building in the center of the market. Use the ladder that leads upstairs to find the book resting on a table.
Lost Book #6: Kitab Al-Zahif (Secret Book)
Location: Tuesday Market in Southern Wilderness
This secret unmarked book is located at the most southeastern area of the map inside a historical site called Seleucia-on-the-Tigris.
Use the ladder to climb atop the ruins. Grab a red explosive vase and throw it at the destructible floor on the ground. This reveals the hidden book.
Lost Book #7: Al-Sikkit: Diwan Abu Nu’as
Location: Round City
This is the final book in the series, and it is found in the Palace of the Green Doom. This region is only accessible near the end of the game, specifically after completing the “The Serpent’s Nest” main quest. you can come back for this book after finishing the main story.
The book is located within the Palace of the Green Dome. You can enter this region by jumping from the “Harem” roof.
Go to the palace’s southeast wall. There is a balcony in the southeast corner with an open door that you may climb to. Remember this door is only open after the main story. Enter the room to find the book.
