Find the Artifact in the Anomalous Field (STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl)

This guide shows where to find and how to get the “Artifact in the Anomalous Field” for the There and Back Again Main Mission in the STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl game, which was released on 20th November 2024.

Find the Artifact in the Anomalous Field

Go to the marked location and reach a radiation zone. The Artifact you are looking for is near the drum at the center of the radiation zone as shown in the picture below. Now, press ‘Q’ (For PC) to equip the Echo Detector device as shown in the second picture below. The device will start beeping. Slowly move around in the area. Go in the direction in which the beeping increases. When the beeping has intensified to the max, stand for a few seconds and a Slug will spawn as shown in the third picture below. Please note that you need to have the Echo Detector device equipped and you also need to stop for a few seconds for the Slug to spawn. Pick up the Slug to complete the objective.
