Cyclic Military Kuuvahki Core is obtained by defeating the boss Super-Heavy Landrover: Mechanized Fortress. The Super-Heavy Landrover: Mechanized Fortress is located inside the underground facility on the northeast side of Paha Isle in the Nod-Krai region.
Teleport to the waypoint on the northeast side of Paha Isle, then head south into the facility. Refer to the image above for guidance.
Head straight into the cave where two enemies guard the entrance. Activate the fast-travel point, then proceed inside to face the boss.
