Effigy Necklace is a God Shrine that is available during the Main Quest – Ancient Soil. To find the Effigy Necklace, head to Naku Tedek in Emerald Stair. Once you are inside the Naku Tedek, go up the stairs and into the backroom.
Continue ahead and climb down the wooden branch and reach the lower level.
Proceed ahead along the path and take the left path when the path divides. Shock the essence generator with Giatta’s Spectral Jolt ability to open the door.
Go inside the room and turn to the right to find a large tree root. Freeze the water ahead of you with a Frost spell and cross the frozen pathway onto the tree root.
Finally, climb up the ledge and turn to the right to find the Effigy Necklace.
