Velkan can be found on the north side of Tortich at ‘Crowbelly Gulch’ in the continent of Arthertine. I have marked the location below on the map. Velkan is certainly an excellent boss to battle and you will be gaining all of the precious loot and experience points from the battle after defeating the world boss.
How To Defeat Velkan
Velkan is a level 48 world boss, but it is a lot easier to beat than other world bosses. Velkan has 7,116,832 hit points and 23 life bars. It is highly recommended that you do not face Wili Wili alone. Instead, have a group of friends or random players join together to defeat the boss.
