After getting a job at the vineyard during In Vino Veritas side quest, you can work there during the daytime.
At 6:00 AM, go to the vineyard and talk to Jerome. He will ask you to pick up sacks and place them next to the hut. There are usually three sacks in the vineyard.
You need to work from 6:00 to 18:00. Make sure to finish before 18:00 or Jerome will get upset. If you don’t see any sacks, wait 1-2 hours in the game, then check again. The sacks usually come back after a while. During 12 hours shift you can easily pick 12-15 sacks.
