The SEVA-I suit is located inside the Yantar production complex. To reach it, you need to jump onto the pipe, follow it while staying close to the building, and use the wooden planks to climb into a window.

The PSZ-9D Duty Armor is located on a sky bridge connecting two buildings in the Yantar Agricultural Workshop.
