Speak with Gully to learn more about her request

Now, speak to Gully again on the east side of the map at the location marked on the map below. She will ask you to find Yorrich from the Construction Corps.

Where to find Yorrich

You will find Yorrish at the eastern edge of Cobalt Coastland at the location shown in the pictures below. You will have to save Yorrich from a Chatot. After you have saved Yorrich, he will go back to Gully. This will complete the request.
