You will get the objective to ‘Activate the 2 Power Crystals’ during the ‘Help the Woodsmith’ mission in the Storehouse area after getting the Bomb ability. This article shows how to activate the power crystals in the Storehouse.

Right Power Crystal
On the right side of the big door, you will find a few rocks as shown below. Throw a bomb on the rocks to make them levitate. Jump to the top of the levitated rocks. Please note that you cannot grab these rocks. You will have to double jump to reach the top of the floating rocks
After you have jumped to the top of the floating rocks, throw another bomb on the rocks in the front as shown below. This will levitate the rocks. Jump on them to reach the platform above.
Here you will have to fight a few enemies. After that take the staircase on the right side to reach the upper level and then go left. Here, you will see a few bombable rocks inside the pit in front of you. Throw bombs at them to make them leviate and form a floating platform. Jump through the floating platforms to reach the other side as shown below.
At the end of the path, you will find broken power crystals. Throw a bomb at them and they will form a pillar. Shoot the switches on the pillar to make the stones rotate. You have to make the blue lines on the pillar match up as shown in the picture below. This will activate the first power crystal.
Left Power Crystal
Go back to the big door. This time go up the small staircase on the left side of the door (If you are facing the door). Throw a bomb on the rocks below the wooden platform. This will make the rocks levitate. Use the levitated rock to move ahead as shown below.
As you move ahead, you will slide through a tunnel to reach a big room. On one side of the room, you will find a broken platform as shown in the picture below. Throw a bomb on the broken platform for it to levitate and form a staircase. Jump through the levitated platform to get inside the secret room up top on the left side. The secret room has a chest containing a hat.
Now get out from the secret room and face the floating platforms. On a corner, you will see a breakable stone. Throw a bomb on the stone to break it and reveal a blue flower as shown in the picture below. Grapple to the flower location. Hit the switch at the center of the vertical platform as shown in the picture below. This will make the vertical platform horizontal. Use it to climb up to reach the left power pillar.
At the top, you will find broken power crystals. Throw a bomb at them and they will form a pillar. Shoot the switches on the pillar to make the stones rotate. You have to make the blue lines on the pillar match up as shown in the picture below. This will activate the second power crystal.
Once both the power crystals are activated, the big door can be opened and you can exit the area. To open the door, stand on the switch in front of the door and use pulse.
