In Chapter 8 of Resident Evil 4, you can resume your search for Ashley by opening a door in the Bindery, and this can be achieved by solving the Wall With Four Slots puzzle. However, before you can attempt the puzzle, you must first locate three Lithographic Stones, which are situated in the same room.

Lithographic Stone B location

On the left-hand side of the Wall With Four Slots, there is a bookcase where you can find Stone B

Lithographic Stone C location

You can find Stone C resting on a stack of books near the southeastern wall.

Lithographic Stone D location

In the same room, you will find Stone D enclosed in a glass cabinet. You will need to use your knife to shatter the glass and retrieve the stone.

Wall With Four Slots Puzzle

Head back to the Wall with Four Slots puzzle. You have to match the images on the Lithographic Stones to the symbols on the puzzle. The trick here is that each Lithographic Stone has a different image on the back and you need to flip.

• Stone D: At the top and is represented by a red shield enclosed by a square border. Rotate it.
• Stone A: At the right and is represented by a blue chest armor enclosed by a square border.
• Stone C: At the bottom and is represented by a blue sword enclosed by a hexagon border.
• Stone B: To the left and is represented by a red helmet enclosed by a square border.
