This walkthrough will guide you through everything you need to know on how to reach and collect all four Inhibitor locations in the Center For Stage IV THV Study at GRE Quarantine Building in Dying Light 2. You should visit the THV Genomics Center at night and get all four Inhibitors in one run because it will be filled with infected during the day.

The THV Genomics Center is located in the eastern border area of the Horseshoe district, right next to the Cherry Windmill. Climb up the building roof from the western side and then enter the containment tent through the doors on its north side. Head downstairs and open the containment door with GRE Key.
#1 Inhibitor – 3rd Floor
From the top floor, head downstairs to reach the 3rd floor (two levels down) and open the containment door with GRE Key. Inside THV Genomics Center, follow the yellow tube to find your path.
At some point, you will see the yellow tube goes left, these doors are locked from the other side. Head to the right, go around the wall, and then go left.
Here Aiden will find himself in another room with two doors. The door on the right can be open as shown below image. Inside, there is the first inhibitor.
#2 Inhibitor – 2nd Floor
After grabbing the first Inhibitor, keep following the yellow tube going and exit the door on the left. In the next room, you will find a partially opened elevator door. Force open the elevator and drop down the open hatch to reach the 2nd floor.
On the 2nd floor, force opens the containment door and then head left via the open doorway. From here start following the yellow tube. The second inhibitor container is behind the door, next to the yellow tube.
#3 & #4 Inhibitor – 1st Floor
From the previous location, keep following the yellow tube. Go through a couple of doors then down the pipe near stairs to reach the 1st floor. Unlocked the contaminated door with the GRE Key.
After the first room, you will see the yellow tube going left and leading to a busted door. Instead of going through this door, drop down and enter the door on the right as marked below. If the Zombie boss spots you, he’ll alert all the zombies and players will need to go to the UV room to reset the room.
