Chapter 11: Alternate Solutions
This guide shows how to complete Chapter 11: Alternate Solutions in Dead Space Remake. The guide only shows the main mission objectives and does not include the collectibles. Please note that you will be able to access some areas only from the story progression. So, if you are unable to open some doors then don’t fret as you will be able to access those areas later.

Reach the Cargo Bay
As the mission starts, go to Bridge Tram Station. Ride the Tram to Hangar. Step out of the tram and enter the door on the left side. Proceed ahead and go right to enter Cargo Bay.
Engage the Cargo Crane
In the Cargo Bay, take the elevator down and use the console as shown in the picture below to retrieve cargo.
Transfer the Marker to the Loading Bay
Fight with the enemies and after some time, the marker will get stuck on the bridge. Clear the tendrils on either side of the bridge and then interact with the Bridge Control as shown in the picture below to clear the Marker’s path.
The marker will move ahead and then get stuck on the tendrils. Destroy the four weak points as shown in the picture below this will make the marker move again. The Marker will again get stuck on the bridge. Interact with the Bridge Control to clear the marker’s path. The marker will soon reach its destination, completing the objective.
Meet Kyne at the Hangar Bay
Go back to the tram station and from there make your way to the Flight Lounge. Defeat the enemies there and then go to Main Hangar Bay in Flight Deck Runway #2. This will complete the objective.
Re-Position the Marker
Leave Hangar Bay and enter Flight Deck Runway #2. Then go through the door on the left side and enter the Gravity Control area of the Main Hangar Bay as shown in the picture below. Use the console to deactivate gravity.
Fly straight ahead and enter the room on the right side as shown in the picture below. Interact with the console in the room to activate the loader. Then pick up the power cell in the room. Insert this power cell into the socket near the Circuit Breaker outside as shown in the second picture below. Then use the circuit Breaker to switch on Cargo Rail Tracks.
Now climb up the platform behind the circuit breaker. Use the Track Control console near the marker to switch tracks. This will rotate the marker and make it move as shown in the picture below. Then use the next console to change track and move it further ahead. Now go to the next console and use it to change track and move it further ahead, Use the third console again so that it reaches its destination as shown in the second picture below. This completes the objective.
Restore Gravity to the Hangar Bay
Fly back to the Gravity Control area of the Main Hangar Bay and use the console there to restore gravity.
Meet Kyne At the Shuttle
Go back to the Main Hagar Bay to complete the objective.
Meet Nicole in Flight Control
Go back to the Gravity Control area and from there go to the upper level of the flight deck. Proceed ahead in a linear path to reach Nicole.
Remote Pilot the Shuttle
Interact with the console next to Nicole to complete the objective.
Pilot the Shuttle to Aegis VII
Go to the Shuttle in Main Hangar Bay to complete the mission.
