Starting Location
Requirement – The Caged Magistrate’s main quest
Speak with Waldhar (NPC) in the vault below the slums until you receive the quest. Waldhar (NPC) will ask you to bring back his confiscated spectacles
Find Waldhar’s confiscated spectacles
Waldhar’s confiscated spectacles can be found in the Masquerade Hall. Head to the Masquerade Hall during the daytime.
Once you enter the Masquerade Hall, take the left path from the main door. At the back of the hall, you will find two small storage rooms. The confiscated spectacle is inside a storage room in the backside.
