Speak with a girl named Daphne (NPC) in the Slums of Vernworth and accept her request to help her. You can find her at the location marked below. She is looking for a bunch of pretty flowers.
Find a Bunch of Flowers
The game will indicate two spots on the map where you can find flowers. Pluck at least two distinct types of flowers. Refer to below location.
Combine them to form a bunch of flowers. If you already have flowers in your inventory then simply create a bunch of flowers.
Head back to the slums to give the flowers to Daphne. Flowers are perishable items so deliver them within a day to her.
