This article will guide you on how to complete all the objectives of the side quest “Saint of the Slums” in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Starting Location
To start this quest, go to the Gracious Hand building in the Slums. There you” find two people arguing with one of the sisters outside the building. Speak with the sister after they leave and agree to help her to start this quest.
Bring Elena three Miasmite, as she requested
To begin, players must gather three Miasmite for Elena. Miasmite are dropped by Phantom enemies that only appear at night.
As you leave Vernworth, you will notice white clouds floating around. These white clouds are Phantoms. Defeat them with either magic or ranged attack to obtain Miasmite. Refer to three locations where you can quickly locate some Phantoms.
Bring Elena the medical ingredient
Return to Elena in the Slum and give her 3 x Miasmite.
Follow Lady Elena
Then, follow her inside the Gracious Hand building.
Investigate the Gracious Hand
She will introduce you to a sick man (Lubomir) inside the building and then go away. The sick man asks you for help to get him out and wants you to investigate the Gracious Hand.
As you leave the building, you will come across a woman named Lottie (NPC). She’ll tell you about the basement, where critical patients are kept for treatment.
Report back to Lubomir
Go back inside the building and speak with Lubomir again. Agree to continue the investigation.
Gather evidence and apprehend the abbess
At nighttime, use the stairs inside the building to go to the basement. Proceed to the room with sick people on beds, then pass through the curtains into another side room.
Pick up Records of Treatment from the bookshelf and Unlabeled Medicine above the table.
Head to Walter’s Tavern to meet Elena’s two former patients. They’re in front of the tavern, beside a bonfire. Speak with them to find out about the next objective of the quest.
At night time, go to the square in the Common Quarter area of Vernworth. There you will get to see a cut scene of Elena interacting with someone man.
Return to the Gracious Hand building and show the medicine to Lubomir. He will ask you to meet his previous doctor named Radcliff at Checkpoint Rest Town.
Go to the Checkpoint Rest Town and deliver the medicine to the doctor.
Wait a day and then return to the doctor for information about the medicine.
Return to the Gracious Hand Building. You will find that Lubomir has been relocated to the basement. Go down to the basement and grab Elena near the sick room. This will end the quest.
