Dusk stones can be picked up from various places around the map. One place where you will definitely find a Dusk Stone is in Montenevera as shown in the pictures below. Climb up the stairs and you will find it behind the building in front of the stairs.
Purchase Dusk Stone from Delibird Presents Store
Dusk Stone will be available for purchase for 3000 in-game currency from Delibird presents Shop after you have progressed up to a certain point in the story.
