Ash of War: Carian Sovereignty can be acquired from a teardrop scarab located inside a cave. Head southwest from the Church District Highroad Site of Grace, and follow the cliffline to reach the cave marked on the map below.
Enter inside the cave to find scarab hanging from the ceiling of the cave, just near the mouth of the cave.
Throw a sword/spear on the hanging scarab and then defeat it to receive Ash of War: Carian Sovereignty
