This article will guide you on how to complete the objective “Find a place with plenty of tomes” of the main quest “The Caged Magistrate” in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Find a place with plenty of tomes
Go to the slums and talk to Kendrick. Donate him Food + 1000 Gold to start the side quest “The Hell of History“.
In this new side quest, talk to three children in the surroundings of The Gracious Hand building.
Child #1
The first child is opposite the Gracious Hand building in the Kneeldown position.
Child #2
Head to the east side of the building to find the child at the edge, looking toward the ocean.
Child #3
Inside the The Gracious Hand building.
Talk to Kendrick again and he will take you to the ruined tower.
Once the rubbles are cleared head inside the tower to find the missing kid.
Talk to the kid and then follow him to the “place with plenty of tomes” (underground library)
