How to Find a way to the Dragon’s Lair
This guide shows how to complete the Find a way to the Dragon’s Lair objective in The Burning Skies Favour/ Side Quest in God of War Ragnarok.
Note: To reach the Dragon’s Lair, you must first complete Return of the River favor, which will flood the crater with water.
The quest starts when you destroy the two pillars the dragon sits on at the location shown in the picture below. As you destroy the pillars, the dragon will fly away. Then open the gate on the south side of the area by pulling the chain near it as shown in the second picture below.
Go to the dock near the mystic gateway as shown in the picture below and hop on the boat. Row the boat back to the area where you destroyed the pillars to start the quest. Open the gate on the north side of the area by pulling the chain near it as shown in the second picture below. Then continue ahead and dock the boat on the beach as shown in the third picture below.
Open the gate straight ahead and open the gate. Use your spear to destroy the rocks on the right side of the hallway as shown in the picture below.
Proceed ahead in the tunnels and destroy the rocks on the right side of the hallway where the dragon is breathing fire at you. This will break the wall, creating a way outside. Climb up the wall and go outside.
Here you will find a Nornir Chest on the right side. Go straight ahead and climb up the wall to fight the dragon (The Ash Tyrant boss fight) to complete the quest.
