To solve Cassandra’s room lock puzzle, the player first needs to find two missing medical bottles.
Dr. Jenkins Lozenges Bottle
Go to Grand Parlor at F1 level and pick the Medicine Box Key from the top of the broken piano.
Then, go to Lottie’s Room, and use the key to open the Medicine Box to collect the bottle of Dr. Jenkins Lozenges.
Margrave Liniment
Margrave Liniment bottle is on the table in the middle of Cassandra’s Room only.
