On May 13, 2K Games and Hangar 13 announced the release of Mafia Trilogy Remaster, one of the most critically acclaimed game franchise that started way back in 2002 with Mafia. Mafia 1 & 2 were written and directed by Daniel Vavra, who currently is Creative Director at Warhorse Studio. Vavra at warhorse was the screenwriter and director for 2018 Medival RPG Kingdom Come Deliverance. Unfortunately Vavra wasnt involved in the production of Mafia Remaster and wasnt even informed about it. On being asked on Twitter about this he said “Since everybody asks me about it all day – I didn work on it. I dont expect much from it. Nobody told me anything about it. I dont know anything about it. Nobody paid me anything for it. My involvement is 0. I just wrote and directed the original.”

Full announcement for Mafia trilogy Remaster  will take place on Tuesday May 19, at 9 AM PT. We hope the team includes Daniel Vavra in some way as he seems visibly upset with this.
