This guide will show you how to complete the Favor (Side Quest) – The Desert Door in the area of “The Forbidden Sands” in God of War Ragnarok released on November 8th, 2022. The Desert Door is a Favor (Side Quest) for Kratos in God of War Ragnarok.

The Desert Door Starting Location
The Desert Door is automatically started after collecting any one of the two keys in The Forbidden Sands in Alfheim.
Collect Keys from the Desert
Below are two possible locations of “Alfheim Barrens Key Half “. This Key Only spawns after Favor: Freyr’s Gift.
Open Desert Door
After getting these two keys, go to the quest marker on the north part of the map to open the desert door (Same location as collectible #14).
Kill Gravel Belly
Defeat the Gravel Belly boss to complete the quest. It drops Skirnir’s Gambanteinn & Dragon Claw & Dragon Tooth
