You will get this quest by talking to Wanda inside the Galaxy Hall. She will ask you to find her brother Zeke, who has gone missing in the Alabaster Icelands.

Where to find Zeke

Zeke is west of Avalugg’s Legacy in Alabaster Icelands at the location marked in the picture below. At the highlighted location, you will see a big hole in the ground as shown in the second picture below. Jump inside the hole and you will find Zeke there. Here you will be attacked by a LVL 64 Glalie. Defeat the Glalie to complete the request.
