This walkthrough will guide you to everything you need to know about how to reach the Houndfield Electrical Station facility. Dying Light 2 Stay Human has seven facilities locations. Each facility provides some sort of in-world enhancement.
Electricity Stations usually require some climbing, but they are usually puzzles about how to navigate the space. You must reconnect powerlines with short chord lengths. Houndfield electrical station is part of the open world.

How to enter Houndfield Electrical Station
To enter the Houndfield electrical station, you need to use the broken windows halfway up the building. First, head to the northeast part of the building and use the rope lift to climb up the roof as shown below. From the roof jump down to the roof below. Finally, enter the facility through the broken windows. I have attached screenshots for reference below. Inside the facility, you need to connect two power cables.
Cable no. 2
We will connect Cable no. 2 in the starting. First, jump on the yellow hanging crate (same floor you used to enter) and from there you have to jump to the yellow ledges on the wall as shown below.
Climb up the pillar/wall and then use the cable to zip to the opposite side of the room. Navigate through the floor to reach power cable no. 2
Hold the cable and jump down to the trashbags below in the basement. In the basement, you will find the box to connect cable no. 2 as shown below.
Cable no. 1
Now we will solve the connection for Cable no. 1. From the basement, look for a side room on the left from cable no. 2 box as shown below.
Use the ladder inside the burning side room to climb up. In the upstairs room climb another ladder. This will take you to the room with power cable no. 1
Now, open the grilled iron gate to come out of the room.
Finally, use the cable to zip and then jump down to cable box no. 1 location shown below. Connect the cable and wait for the elevator to arrive in the basement.
Use the elevator in the basement to reach the control room and activate the terminal to restore power.
