Get out of the room, after unlocking the handcuffs and slide the right curtain to enter inside. Don’t interact with the woman cultist here. Instead, watch the Scarlet Lodge cultist behind the bars defecate for 3 minutes. This will unlock the “Is this Ever going to End” Achievement.
