How To apply Face Paint
You will get the option to buy and apply face paint by visiting face paint merchants. You wont encounter your first face painter until you are 15-20 hours into the main story. You will find one face paint merchant in The Bulwark, where you will reach during main quest 8, The Broken Sky. Talk to the face paint merchant as shown in the pictures below and you will get the option to buy and apply face paint.
