This guide will show you where to get Flashy Festival Jinbei in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Teal Mask DLC, which was released on 12 September 2023.
The Flashy Festival Jinbei ensemble can be obtained as a prize upon finishing the ‘We Love Loyalty Plaza Drive‘ quest in the Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This side quest becomes available once you’ve successfully completed the Kitakami main story campaign.
In the main DLC questline, the shrine gets destroyed. Return to the Kitakami Hall and speak with the Caretaker NPC.
The Caretaker will unveil his plan to organize a fundraiser aimed at restoring the Loyalty Plaza Monument, ravaged by the Loyal Three Legendary trio.
Once you contribute 1,000,000 Pokedollars, the Caretaker will gratefully acknowledge your generosity by rewarding you with the Flashy Festival Jinbei.
