Where to find the rope gun for the zipline in Sons of the Forest
The Rope Gun in Sons of the Forest can be found in a cave on the west side of the map. The location is marked on the map below.
Head inside the cave and continue forward until you reach the first large cavern. From here, go to the left side of the cave, avoiding the passage illuminated by a floodlight on the right.
Follow the wall as it continues deeper into the cave system until you come upon the bodies of two employees and a big blob-like thing wedged between a crack in the wall.
There are two time bombs lying next to one of the dead workers. Blast the blob-like monster with these time bombs to clear the path forward.
Enter the freshly created route and go along the tight tunnel filled with hanging bodies and some drawings on the wall.
Continue to go deeper inside the cave filled with hanging bodies, then you’ll need to climb a small ramp.
At the top of the ramp be sure to follow the left wall. After passing the small pile of stalagmites takes the left path with lumps of ore coating its sides.
Now follow another lengthy path to the end. There you will find the Rope Gun inside a black crate on the ground
